Managing Director
In his current role as a managing director of Twig Services, Tom has found a match made in heaven (yet another cliché!) as by offering the video-based and interactive state-of-the-art online staff training that he has at his disposal, he takes great pleasure in having lots of ‘happy bunnies’ as customers. He has the perfect tools of the trade to help him achieve these goals with the tailor-made discounted pricing packages available, which can not only help companies to maximise their efficiency, but it can also help them to keep their staff training costs low! He is forever reminiscing about the days though when he used to watch his beloved Chelsea play, albeit 2nd division football for a grand total of around £1.00 per day out which would include travel, admittance, and a match program! Tom welcomes any online staff training enquiries for companies up to and beyond 5,000 employees, that is of course, if you can put up with the odd cliché!
Annie Cooper
Office Manager
Annie is an invaluable member of the Twig Services team and is the steady rock that gels the company and our very own in-house staff training together! Annie has been a key part of many SMEs for most of her working career, but please don’t be fooled by the soft-looking exterior as she rules with an ‘iron fist!’ We will not go as far as saying staff members ‘shake in their boots’ when she enters the room, but let’s just say that the office is run in an orderly and ‘ship-shape Bristol Fashion’ when she is around and even directors are wary of her wrath! In her spare time, Annie loves DIY and thinks that she is better than most men at it, although, she does not want to appear sexist, especially coming from a HR background! She also loves cooking and getting her fingers green in her garden but only during the summer months as she ‘hibernates like an angry bear’ in the winter! If you have any issues you want to raise, speak to Annie, as there’s a good chance, she will be able to ‘crack a whip’ (literally!) and get them resolved but it is not advised to ask her for any discounted pricing if she happens to get out the wrong side of bed that morning!
